SLS Solutions International is a service organization offering 24/7 call center services in Uganda and across East Africa. We are among the pioneers in BPO services and solutions outsourcing catering for both local and international partners in the region.

In 2019, we moved to launch one of the most modern call center facilities in Uganda, to meet the growing market demand for outsourced call center solutions. Today, SLS offers contact center services to customers from across the region and tailor-made BPO solutions globally.

Our call center solutions include business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-customer (B2C) services for inbound and outbound calls, integrated digital and web channels as well as SMS, voice, social media and web chat.
